The three GDRs AQV (Quantitative approaches to living systems), Imabio and ISIS are organizing a joint workshop on the 13th of December 2022 at Institut Jacques Monod in Paris on new microscopies in cell biology. The goal is to gather scientists from biology, physical engineering and data science to discuss new computational imaging strategies to:
i- measure physical descriptors such as strain, stress or the structural organization of cells;
ii- improve the resolution of optical imaging;
iii-make smart microscopes that are more efficient in terms of light dose and speed;
To reach these goals, concepts such as co-design, inversion algorithms, artificial intelligence will be discussed among other approaches.
Confirmed speakers are:
Anne Sentenac, Aix Marseille Univ
Gregory Batt, Institut Pasteur
Sophie Brasselet, Aix Marseille Univ
Benoit Ladoux, Institut Jacques Monod
Andrea Bassi, Politecnico di Milano
Alba Diz-munoz, EMBL
Discipline scientifique :
