This one-day workshop is devoted to the different approaches in processing and analyzing biomedical signals, based on mathematical models such as machine learning. The presentations will be targeted towards applications in biomedical engineering and health in general. In particular, we will consider mathematical models used for low-level processing of 1D or multi-dimensional signals as well as the so-called high-level tasks such as data quality assessment, scene interpretation or diagnosis and decision support in the medical field. Methods based on deep learning and bio-inspired models will receive a special attention.
Scientific domain :  Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence - Bioinformatics - Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition - Medical Imaging - Modeling and Simulation - Mathematics - Analysis of PDEs
