Making sense of heterogeneity and variability

11-13 Oct 2021
Salle de conférence CENTRE DE BIOLOGIE INTEGRATIVE 165 rue Marianne Grunberg-Manago - TOULOUSE (France)

Heterogeneity and variability are fundamental properties at all scales of biology. They emerge at the molecular level - ribosome composition - as well as at the cellular level - cell cycle variability from cell to cell - and at the population level - tissue development, animal behavior. This symposium is intended to promote scientific exchanges between research fields - we often encounter similar challenges despite research topics that are sometimes very distant - and to strengthen the links, or create new links, between the teams of the biology research institutes of Toulouse.
Scientific domain :  Life Sciences - Animal biology - Biochemistry, Molecular Biology - Cellular Biology - Development Biology - Quantitative Methods - Cancer - Ecology, environment - Genetics - Microbiology and Parasitology - Neurons and Cognition
