The first FERO meeting took place in February 2008, at the European Space Astronomy Center near Madrid. Since then, 8 more FERO meetings have been organised in various locations across Europe. Their main objective is to gather observational and theoretical astronomers interested in the physics of the innermost regions of accretion black holes across the whole mass scale, to present their latest results, discuss the state-of-art, and plan future observations and theoretical developments in the field. The tenth Finding Extreme Relativistic Objects meeting will be held on March 30- April 1, 2022, at IRAP in Toulouse (France). The meeting will be structured in six broad sessions, each devoted to addressing a specific aspect of the astrophysics of accreting black holes: - Unification of accreting black holes over the whole mass scale - Accreting black hole inner region (corona/jet base/ISCO) - Outflows at all scales (winds/large-scale jets/UFOs) - Intermediate mass black Holes and gravitational wave sources - Galactic center - Time-domain astrophysics of accreting black holes FERO workshops have always been highly interactive events, and this meeting will follow a similar structure. For each session we envisage two long review talks, a few (2-3) contributed talks on recent highlights, and plenty of time for discussion in between.
