Rascas User Meeting 2026
26-29 mai 2026
ENS de Lyon - Lyon (France)
RASCAS (for RAdiative SCattering in Astrophysical Simulations) is a massively parallel code for performing radiative transfer in AMR simulations with astrophysical applications in mind. RASCAS has been designed to be easily customisable and to process simulations of arbitrarily large sizes on large supercomputers. Developed initially for Lyman-alpha applications, it has now been applied to line transfer in general (resonant, like Mg II, or not, like H-alpha), and even continuum.
With a growing community in France and abroad, it is now time for a first meeting gathering the community of users and developers. Participation is free of charge.
