This second edition of the symposium follows a very successful first edition held in June 2021. The High-Throughput Catalysts Design symposium (HTCD) brings together scientists studying the automated synthesis, testing and characterisation of chemo-, bio- and hybrid catalysts, as well as the computational methods developed to accelerate these steps, notably through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Like its predecessor, this HTCD conference will focus on projects from both academic and industrial institutions, in order to demonstrate the close link that exists between these two communities, which share the same interest and passion for automated equipment and the generation and processing of high-throughput data. However, this new edition, unlike the previous one which, for COVID reasons, took place entirely online, will this time be held in Lille, giving all participants the opportunity to visit the REALCAT high-speed facility, in addition to meeting members of the community live.
