Real Algebraic Geometry and Interactions
6-10 oct. 2025
Université Côte d'Azur - Nice (France)
Real algebraic geometry is a dynamic field that studies real solutions of polynomial equations and inequalities and their topological, geometric, statistical and combinatorial properties. Nowadays it extends from classical topics (such as topology of real algebraic varieties or the theory of nonnegative polynomials) to more recent developments and applications (such as random algebraic geometry and polynomial optimization). At this conference leading experts in the field will come together to share recent results, discuss open questions and inspire new directions of research. The event aims at fostering interactions among mathematicians with different perspectives on the subject.
