This conference is addressed to archaeologists, historians, geographers, anthropologists and any researcher exploring the interactions between water management, human history and environmental dynamics, from the prehistoric period to the present day. It aims to analyse issues related to the management of water resources, the impacts of climate change throughout history, and the resulting migrations and displacements of populations. The contributions will examine how societies have adapted their hydraulic and territorial systems to environmental challenges over time. The main languages of the conference will be French, English and Arabic.
