Digitization of cultural and natural heritage and reconstruction of the ancient environment

Introduction: The digitization of cultural and natural heritage, along with the reconstruction and restoration of ancient and contemporary environments, represents a transformative approach to preserving and understanding our past. All nations and international organizations, including UNESCO, are working to establish a comprehensive digital system that encompasses all aspects of cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible, as well as the natural heritage of humanity, through virtual reconstruction processes. With the help of the advanced technologies such as 3D scanning, virtual reality, and geographic information systems, it is now possible to digitally preserve monuments, artifacts, and landscapes that are at risk of deterioration or loss. Thus, and to responds to the demands of the digital age we live in, the present conference primarily aims to strengthen the existent liaisons amid researchers from various fields as well as create a database in order to protect cultural and natural heritage for future generations. Conference Objectives: This international, multidisciplinary event aims to: Use digitization to ensure the conservation of digital copies of cultural heritage elements at risk of disappearance.
