This workshop/meeting is dedicated to the contributions of Christian Jungen and Chris H. Greene to the theory of atomic, molecular, and optical physics (AMO). In addition, we will use this opportunity of getting together to acknowledge the heritage of the University Paris-Saclay and of many scientists who worked in Orsay temporarily or permanently, in the area of the quantum defect theory.
