Given the fantastic success of Gaia, which provided us breakthroughs in our vision of the Milky Way, its satellite galaxies, and its own stars, it is time to think of the next generation of astrometric missions. The goals of the workshop are to 1) discuss these questions and identify yet other fundamental scientific questions of Exoplanetology, Astrophysics, Cosmology, and Particle Physics waiting for super-precision astrometry to achieve possible breakthroughs; 2) think about what type of telescope, instrument and observing strategy would be ideal for such breakthroughs from very-high astrometric precision mission.
