Guided Ultrasonic Waves: Emerging Methods

In Europe, we have a small but vibrant community of researchers working on the theory and practical use of elastic waveguides for material characterization, nondestructive testing, structural health monitoring and sensors. This workshop aims at providing a platform where these diverse groups can meet and exchange. Current advances in the field will be presented in the form of talks and posters. The goal is not only to exchange but also to interconnect different groups, which opens opportunities for valuable new collaborations.
