Life Sciences PhD Symposium By the Institut of Genetics and Development of Rennes

The Institute of Genetics and Development of Rennes (IGDR) is the main institute for the cellular biology, developmental biology and genomics in the region of Brittany with an international reputation. Also, IGDR is under the administrative supervision of the CNRS, INSERM and University of Rennes. The main idea of this one-day congress is to promote research and create a scientific network between young researchers at the national level as well as to favor the exchanges between young researchers in Biology and senior scientists. To initiate this, here we aim to meet together and present our work in an interactive and friendly atmosphere. On the day, for each scientific thematics mentioned in the symposium, an expert researcher will present his/her research project to us, followed-up by short talks and poster sessions by doctoral and postdoctoral students.
