Sobolev inequalities in the Alps

Sobolev inequalities in a broad sense are one of the most useful tools in analysis and geometry. On the PDE side, one can mention the recent progress on Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg inequalities. On the geometric side, one can mention the Yamabe problem, or their connection to isoperimetric inequalities. We aim to bring together several leading experts in the field for a short two-days conference in Grenoble, to expose the audience to the variety of the current topics in the field and to foster collaboration between the participants.
