2nd "Cosmic Rays à l'Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur" (CROCA) workshop

2nd workshop of the members of the "MiCRO" (Micro-physics of Cosmic-Ray Observables) initiative. This is meant to be an informal workshop that brings together both theoreticians and observers where plenty of time will be dedicated to discussions and brainstroming. The goal of the workshop is to define a few concrete steps to be taken and projects to be attacked in the following year timescale.
