The goal of this conference is to gather specialists, both mathematicians and physicists, particularly in France and in Europe, that work on classical and quantum Coulomb and related systems. The following topics will be addressed: question of universality for classical Coulomb gases, questions of crystallization, connection with random matrices, delocalization for random Schrödinger operators, properties of classical and quantum Coulomb and Riesz systems.
