Key Objectives: The program IDP "Innovation, Leadership, Compliance and Risk Management in a European and International Context" aims to equip participants with the skills needed to design and lead innovation strategies in complex, regulated, and uncertain environments. It develops a strategic understanding of innovation dynamics, responsible leadership, and organizational transformation. Participants learn to anticipate, assess, and manage strategic, operational innovation, and to integrate legal, ethical, and sustainability requirements into decision-making, in order to strengthen organizational resilience and long-term performance.
