12th International Conference of the French Association of Experimental Economics (ASFEE)

The 12th International Conference of the French Association of Experimental Economics (ASFEE), will be organized by the GATE (University of Lyon), on 30th June-1st July 2022. The conference will provide an opportunity for researchers to present results of laboratory and field experiments. It will cover all topics regarding behavioral and experimental economics, such as decision theory, game theory, institutions and markets, neuroeconomics, economic psychology and others. Methodological and theoretical papers dealing with experimental and behavioral issues are also welcome. Preliminary work concerning proposals for experimental designs can be submitted to the poster session. Location: The Conference will take place at University Lyon 2, 4 rue de l'Université, Lyon. A cocktail reception and registration will be organized on June 29, from 6 pm to 9 pm. The conference dinner is scheduled for Tuesday evening on June 30. Keynote speakers: The keynote lectures will be given by: - Prof. Dorothea Kübler (WZB Social Science Center Berlin and TU Berlin) - Prof. Nobuyuki Hanaki (Institute of Social and Economic Research, Osaka University) Accommodation: A list of hotels is provided on the conference website. ASFEE Prizes: All experimental PhD project posters will be considered for the Young Researcher Prizes. Three prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of financial (1,500€) and technical support for the young researcher to complete his/her experimental project. Special session in honor of Claude Montmarquette: A special session on "Experimental Economics and Public Policy" will be organized to honor Professor Claude Montmarquette, who passed away on September, 8 2021. “Annals of Economics and Statistics” special issue: We are pleased to announce that a special issue of the Annals of Economics and Statistics will gather the best papers presented at the conference.
