Satellite Workshop CAC « Cliometrics and Complexity »

This satellite session is an initiative of the Team CAC Cliometrics And Complexity created in September 2014 and hosted by the Institut Rhône – Alpin des Systèmes Complexes, IXXI – ENS Lyon. CAC is a research project within Complex Systems Institute IXXI – ENS Lyon, aiming at bringing together complex systems modeling and Cliometrics, which aims at modeling long historical macroeconomic and financial data. Our main goal is to stimulate new approaches to Economic History by drawing inspiration from other disciplines, notably complex systems modeling in Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Signal theory, and data analytics.
