The EPCS: European Public Choice Society

The European Public Choice Society promotes scientific research on the economics and politics of public and non-market decision-making, political economy and the economics of institutions. About 300 researchers from different fields such as economics, political science and other social sciences meet annually to discuss the current issues in all fields of Public Choice and Political Economy, in all their theoretical and empirical dimensions. Organized by the LEM research center (Lille, France), the 2021 Meeting will be an online event. The virtual mode will allow to adopt the following format for the Meeting: - two full days coverage (April, Wednesday 21 & Thursday 22, 2021), - attribution of 2 discussants to each paper, to encourage virtual interactions Notice also that the absence of social / side events will allow to reduce the conference fees. We do expect that members of the society will get involved in this first virtual meeting of the EPCS, in both the plenary and parallel session, and will join in with us next April, whether as a presenter, a discussant, or a researcher looking for new research, new networks, and nice feedbacks.
